2. Bookings and Quotes

All quotes are provided based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs materially from what was described. A confirmed booking requires written acceptance of the quote.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote. We reserve the right to require a deposit prior to commencing work. Overdue invoices may incur a late payment fee.

4. Access and Authority

By booking our services, you confirm you have the legal authority to authorise the clearing of the property and disposal of its contents. Dewin Estate Transitions accepts no liability for items removed or disposed of under your instruction.

5. Donations and Resale

We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate donation or resale of suitable items. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, values, or timelines for donated or resold goods. Any proceeds from resale will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.

6. Disposal

Items not suitable for donation or resale will be disposed of responsibly. Disposal costs may be included in your quote or charged separately where scope changes.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit any deposit paid. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability

We take care in handling all property contents. However, Dewin Estate Transitions is not liable for pre-existing damage, sentimental loss, or items of undisclosed value. We recommend removing or identifying any items of significant value before work commences.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. Please contact us directly in the first instance. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
